      - Hotel staff were helpful and cooperative - View of the room was nice - Location 5 minutes away from the City center with the bus or taxi

      - Breakfast was ok, but more than ok for a hotel like Hilton, I expected more. - Bed was uncomfortable and unhealthy for back - WIFI was not free and expensive

      Its location is absolutely perfect and convenient with a panoramic view of mountain. The service is very efficient, includes free parking. The staff are very professional and offer wake up calls and ironing free of charge.

      Really good spa services offered a wonderful escape.

      I noticed the bathroom facilities were outdated, with cracked mirrors and loose fixtures, disappointing for a hotel of this caliber. While the staff were often helpful, I felt that the lack of attention to these details diminished the overall experience.

      Wonderful stay, amazing service and facilities. I'm recommending everyone when he go to Bursa to stay in the Helton In addition the hotel location is in the middle of Modayen port and the city. So when you go to Istanbul it will not take more than 45 minutes to reach the port.

      Excellent view and really good service

      I was blown away by the fine views from the restaurant on the 20th floor, which we enjoyed both nights of our stay. The staff were attentive and accommodating, ensuring I had everything I needed, including special arrangements for breakfast. The corner king room was both spacious and comfortable. I did find the location a bit distant from downtown attractions, which might not be the best for everyone.

      The staff were super friendly and helpful. Breakfast was awesome, self-service with a big buffet, but they were happy to help when we asked. The pool and spa area was clean and nice too. The corner king room was comfy and tidy, it had everything we needed. It was a really nice place for a family trip.

      We only stayed for one night for a business trip, but i liked this hotel a lot. Value for money was perfect, really comfortable new rooms with perfect mattresses. breakfast was good also (but not the best).

      The location of the hotel is not as good as it should be for the only hilton in Bursa
